In addition to sophisticated reporting, we want Work Shift to be a public square about the future of education and work. We welcome submissions of opinion essays from education leaders, funders, researchers, policymakers, and employers.
We’re especially interested in pieces that make strong arguments, defend those arguments clearly, and anticipate likely counterarguments. We’re not looking for essays that mainly serve to promote companies or products. These essays are not sponsored content.
Submissions must be original. We’re interested in short takes on issues in the news (250-500 words), as well as traditional op-eds (600-800 words).
Send them via email to workshift@opencampusmedia.org. If you don’t hear back in about a week, feel free to follow up.
